| ORDERING Dresses can be ordered by appointment through our retail stores, or at our office location: 315 West 39th Street, Suite 1604 in Manhattan. Once you have picked your dress color and style, we will email you an order form. Forms should be completed by each bridesmaid and sent back to: Coren Moore, Inc. 315 West 39th Street, Suite 1604, NY NY 10018. Fax: 866-826-5090. When all forms have been received, we will contact you to confirm your order. After the order is placed, the sale is final. General Pricing (lengths: short, full): Faille - $260, $290 19MM Silk Shantung: $275, $305 Chiffon: $290 - $380, varies by style Silk Taffeta: $295 - $350, varies by style. Cotton eyelet, seersucker: $265, $295 Leaf Print 17MM Silk Shantung: For trim, add $10. Full dress, add $30. Consult our showroom or retail stores for full price list (trim, sashes, etc.) Discount Policy: 4 or more dresses: 10% discount. All dresses in SAME STYLE AND FABRIC. 8 or more dresses: 15% discount. All dresses in SAME STYLE AND FABRIC. 6 or more dresses: 10% discount. SAME FABRIC, VARYING STYLES. Delivery and Rush Fees: 12 week production time, order 4 months ahead to receive 1 month prior to wedding date. Dresses needed within 8-12 weeks, 15% charge per dress. Dresses needed within 4-8 weeks, 30% charge per dress. Full payment for all bridesmaids must be received before we can begin producing your order. New York sales tax (8.375%) will be added to dresses shipped within New York State. Dresses are shipped Fedex ground or 3-day, shipping charges are $10-20 per box, depending on location and weight within the United States. Return Policy: All dresses are made to order, therefore once an order is placed it is final. If changes need to be made, call as soon as possible. Depending on our production schedule, it may not be possible to make changes. However, we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Try your dress on as soon as you receive it, notify us immediately if there is a problem. Sizing: Dresses are made in standard sizes only. See individual size charts for garment measurements. Additional alterations may be necessary to achieve a custom fit. Notes: 1/2" seam allowance on most styles. Dresses can be let out by ~1.5", however this may be a harder alteration than taking a dress in. Order sizes based on size charts, NOT store samples. Our fit is similar to off-the-rack brands, such as Banana Republic or Laundry, rather than bridal sizing. Fabric: If you are ordering silk shantung, this is a fine, hand-woven textile that may contain variations and irregularities. These are characteristic of silk yarn and should not be considered defects. In addition, dye lots will vary - the fabric used to produce your dresses may be a slightly different color than store samples or mailed swatches, which were produced from earlier dye lots.
