| ORDERING Dresses can be ordered by appointment through our retail stores, or at our office location: 250 West 39th Street, Suite 408 in Manhattan. Our staff and/or retail stores are available to assist with measurements, or we recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor. Use your measurements to choose the size you are most comfortable with. Each style has a unique size chart. When possible, we recommend visiting one of our retailers to try on a sample dress. Because dresses are ordered in standard sizes, you may need additional alterations to achieve a custom fit. Consider sizing up so you can have your cake and eat it too! When taking your measurements, use a soft measuring tape tightly around your bust, waist and hips. 1. Bust 2. Waist 3. Hips 4. Hemline (Distance from natural waist to the floor)  At a minimum, we need 12 weeks to complete a full order of dresses for wedding parties. We may be able to accommodate shorter time frames so please let us know if you’re in a pinch. Rush Fees will apply. All dresses are made to order. They are made in standard sizes only and therefore may need professional alterations. If you are ordering dresses made from hand-woven silk textiles, such as shantung, they may contain variations and irregularities, which are characteristic of fine silk yarn and are beyond our control. These characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the fabrics and should in no way be treated as defects. Slight changes to fabric dye lot occur at the fabric mill may also occur. Our retail stores are not responsible for garments that have left the store after a thorough inspection and have been in customer possession. Entire wedding party must pay in full before order will be processed and shipped. Once professional measurements have been signed and dress size chosen, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pricing and policies |
